Chicken in turkey fryer without hook?
I just got a brand new bayou classic double burner and 40qt pot with steamer, but that kit did not come with a hook or any of the common accessories you think it woud come with. Well I have a chicken brined, and my oil in it. Could I just this one time use the steamer basket and just set the chicken in the oil or would this not work?
ok, but I have no hooks, not stands etc just the burner and baskets and I can just set the chicken in it (laying it down) and it will cook fine?
The steamer basket is used for frying too.
